Exclamation 10 x 16GB MicroSD Class 4 Sandisk memory cards for the price of 1

Too good to be true? You know what they say.

Lot of 10 x 16GB MicroSD Card TF SanDisk W/Adapter SDHC on eBay, also Memory Cards, Digital Camera Accessories, Camera Accessories, Cameras Photo (end time 17-Dec-08 12:46:34 GMT)

I am tempted. I know they could well be fake, but the seller clearly states 100% genuine, and their feedback aint too bad, however, as they have only just listed these, there is no feedback on these 16GB MicroSD cards yet.

Just checked, its a typo. Heres another auction by the same seller, and this Lot of 10 is over £400, not almost £50 :(

Sounds too good to be true to me, but then I've generally had nothing but good experiences with Ebayers with that sort of feedback record. Maybe ask them to confirm the Class 4? They may simply have made the mistake that other sellers made when they were first released.

I note also that they are located in China, which does make me that much more leery...

Ah, saw your edit at the bottom, too good to be true indeed... Still though - are they really class 4?

Class 4 is basically the speed of the memory, which has a direct relation on the transfer rate to and from the card - Obv when cards were 64mb etc, it didn't really matter if the transfer rate was slow, but with the bigger cards, file sizes and quantities have increased a lot, so slow cards take AGES to transfer files, and transferring lots of small files can take a lot longer than a few large ones..

There are a few speeds..

I saw this listed before I found this thread.

You'll find this is a listing error.... if you have a look in his shop there is another identical listing for $719.99 instead of $71.99.

Expect him to remove this as soon as he gets your mail. Very doubtful you'd be getting these from him at that price! He'll likely contact eBay or just take a hit with negative feedback.

I was so tempted to order them... but as the saying goes, if its too good to be true......
