Nokia IS cool. As a teenager, id rather have a nokia beast of a smartphone that a touch screen with a shiny back 'coz its pretty'

Well, I am 15, and I love my N95 8GB!

All my friends told me I was stupid for buying it, that Nokia makes crappy phones, blah blah blah. Most of them are on blackberrys, with a few on the iphone.

My next phone will be a Nokia as well!

Although I find it mind boggling that 15 year old can so casually talk about Blackberry's and iphone so casually you can rest assured that your Nokia will outlast any of their shiny little toys.

Which to us of a more mature age are just that "Shiny little Toys" Expensive ones at that

I really just don't like the iphone/blackberry... they don't have any features that I really like... I mean I'd much rather have a 5MP camera, GOOD Wi-Fi, real GPS, N-Gage online gaming service, S60 OS, and a ton of other great features than some flashy touchscreen or a QWERTY keyboard!

ok i do like a nice looking device for my hard earned money but how can anyone deem a n95 , n96 , n82 , 5800 , n97 , n73 , 6220c , n80 etc etc not cool

if kids/teenagers dont find a device with all the features you could want cool then we need to re educate our youth in the ''cool'' stakes as they seem to be loosing their way lol :-)

lets hope as they grow they actually realise that they fell for looks and marketting over substance and features

Me. Most of those are big, blocky and ugly, or just plain dull. Stick it next to an E66 and see how it outshines them all, not flashy but just pure style.

Shame they don't carry it forward to other areas really.

lol Bart , the E66 is still a Nokia..-) The coolest phone I have is the N93 and the E66/E71
and also the N95 8GB is still cool

and our youngsters here love theirs 5310 Xpressmusic , 7610 Supernova
5610 Xpressmusic phones and of course the Tube 5800 .

I still wait for the N86 (preorderd)wich I really like , but have no clue when it come out?

Maybe Nokia are sticking to the rule that big fat ugly ones try harder?
