Possible Way to Cancel an Orange Contract!

Looks like Orange have pulled the change and are keeping the prices the same.

I just rang up and the woman on the phone told me that although I ring 08 numbers I am on the phone more than 30 seconds so the connection charges won't affect me, I told her that if I rang them it will affect me as I will be getting charged more each time I ring

She said give me two minutes then come back and said she has just seen a notice saying that Orange are no longer increasing the charges so it wont affect anyone.

shame about your orange situation maybe try another operator later see if they are any better ive found with o2 some are very very helpfull some just cant be bothered

Deffinatly not changing there T&C

I rang Ofcom about it and they logged my complaint and then gave me a referance number and a phone number for Orange Executive Office

I rang and the woman on the phone said they have decided not to change them due to the affect it will have on the business and no call charges will be changed

Im not bothered about not being able to cancel aslong as there is no higher call charges for the 08 numbers as I ring them quite abit as they cost a fortune to ring from my home phone ( More than they cost from a mobile )

So aslong as the call charge stays at what it is in happy
