it just gets annoying sometimes. I try to read the new posts to keep up on things I may not know and enjoy random discussions as well but I believe the Forum says 'N95 Users' which yes does include potential users looking for info but it should not include people looking to promote the IPhone. Write your opinions about the N95 here but write your opinions about the IPhone elsewhere.

Now I don't mind the occasional "the IPhone does, can I get the N95 to do the same" question but don't come here yelling "the IPhone does and the N95 CAN'T" crap. Sorry needed to vent for a second.

LOL.

...when I get my phone out in the pub and people around say:

"ooh, Is that the new iPhone"...

"No! It's the same bit of kit I've been using and flashing about for the last 6 months!"

It's Broke?

Did you know that your Nokia comes with a 2 year warranty? Did you know that Carphone Warehouse are Nokia Repair Centres?
Damage from normal use: wobbly slider, broken keys, quiet earpiece etc... will be repaired for free, and usually the same day if you take it to a big store!

Man, about a year ago, one of my mates had one of those. He was about to get a new phone, so we spent the better part of an hour throwing the phone over a two story school building, onto concrete.

I believe he still has it, intact.

Yes and the new ION-MASK come soon "They make deals with 3mobile manufactors now" Hope Nokia is one of them...

Soon there really will be no escape from mobile phones. They can be used on the world's highest mountains, on planes and even underground, but phone manufacturers now want customers to use their products underwater.

Electronics companies plan to use military technology, developed to protect soldiers from chemical attack, to make mobile telephones and other equipment waterproof.

Phones treated with the coating will be protected from moisture, rain and accidental immersion, according to the experts behind the technology. Tests have shown that treated phones can be used in wet environments without damage.

For electronic devices, protection from water is also important. Water damage is one of the top reasons for insurance claims on mobiles, with more than 1.2 million being dropped in lavatories, drinks or put through washing machines last year.

A spokesman for Carphone Warehouse, the UK's largest mobile phone retailer, said: "Most owners are looking for fashion and functionality when they buy a phone, but if it was waterproof too, it could provide a unique selling point."

I would be very interested in a waterproof mobile. Not because I leap in water all the time, but I just like my mobiles to be as 'lifeproof' as possible.
