in the picture gallery their are some files that are broken and dont show the picture,when i try to delete them i get"general: system error" :9

no only one lot, the gallery is still refreshing, taking bloody ages, i guess thats because its the first time. only some of the images are duplicated, at the moment that is, am i safe to deete one of the two or is that goingto delete my pic? thanks.

ive transfered my pics off my memory card (n79) onto a new memory card and put it in my n97mini, now the photos all show up twice in the gallery?? what have i done wrong do you now how to solve this? thanks.
