Aw, shucks. Thanks for thinking of me...

Unfortunately, I believe we do have HSDPA in the States with Cingular- however the N95 has a chip which is incompatible with US HSDPA frequencies. Total bummer- but, I'll just pretend that the N95 doesn't have HSDPA and go at the data service with EDGE (or EGPRS, AKA 2.5G I think?) as I have been doing thus far. I use a LOT of data, and find that EDGE gets me by just fine.

If and when Nokia decides to pay attention to the North American market and releases an N95 variant that supports our frequencies- I'll simply sell my N95, and pick up the new version. It'll be like Christmas all over again! :D

This could be good news for regarding the n95 for us canadians. There ovbiously going to have to start carrying more 3G and video conferencing capable phones. So perhaps hopefully maybe theyll hound Nokia for the HSDPA compatible version that we need. And hopefully they can come out with some data plans.
