Anyone on an Orange Dolphin 35, 18 month package?

Can you please check your bill, especially if you took out your contract AFTER 1st march 2007, and confirm that you're getting rollover minutes?

Orange's website shows roll over minutes in their terms and conditions (see 6 & 7) - Orange - which package is right for you?

However, NONE of my minutes have been rolling over at all.

Before I kick off at Orange majorly, can someone please confirm against their bill.

If their call centre pleb has just lied to me, then he's in for a whole load of whoop ***!

ello,

I'm on canary 40, that I changed my past orange account to last month. I did not check the t+c's but I do not get rollover minutes. Not sure if this helps but I would guess the same rules would apply to their new contracts..

I have been lied to / given incorrect information from one of their call centres before though, over another issue, so I wouldn't put it past them! At least it's free to call their customer services ;)

Thanks. It has to be someone on a tariff higher than £30/moth to get roll over minutes, and then I need someone who's had it after 1st March (so N95ers would be perfect!

This might be a little late, but:

These terms and conditions apply to new and existing customers connecting or upgrading to a Dolphin, Canary, Racoon or Panther "Animal Package" between 1 October 2006 and 31 January 2007.
I refer you to the bit in bold stating the dates, anyone connecting after March 2007 shouldn't expect rollover minutes in the same vein as detailed in these terms & conditions, although having said that, there should be updated T&C's for those who've connected after 31'st Jan 2007, such as me. I'll have to have a look out for them I think.

Grrrr. Orange never told me at upgrade!!!!

An 18 month contract, but as I'm a high level customer, I can upgrade for free after 9 months. Here me Orange? Sort it out within 9 months, or like many others, I'll be off to T-mobile!

You'd think they'd look after loyal customers of 10+ years!

January? Even better... You'll be able to take advantage of one of their promo's that much sooner... I did so a while back and gained a 25% tariff-discount for life (not sure if that's my life or theirs but I thought it wise not to query it)... meaning £180-worth of credit to be used for call minutes, SMS's & MMS's + 1GB of data/month for £31.88... And as I last upgraded without taking a new handset, that's now further reduced by another £15/month for 18 months... Let's see Orange match that! :)
