Best in the N-Series?
Hi, I'm new to this forum. I've been using Nokia 3230 for a couple of years now and want to buy a new phone now. I was wondering if anyone can tell me which one is the best phone in the N-Series?
I want following things -
1) Good camera clarity/high resolution pics & videos (prefer higher mpx camera)
2) I want a phone that's not sluggish... Nokia 3230 was quite slow, especially when opening messages/camera etc.
3) Sound quality better than 3230 will be nice
Any N-series users can help me out here? I'll really appreciate it! Thanks!

What form factor do you prefer?
Sliders you could have the N95 or the N81(although camera not the best on N81)
With candybar, it would more than likely be the N82 I reckon.

Well I feel N95 8GB is the best but N82 is also one good multiemedia phone , and today N73 have a greate price for a good phone.

If the camera function is important to you, I'm a little partial to the N82, as it has a far better xenon flash as opposed to the N95's LED. It's also important to consider your location and your data access needs- the N95 is currently the only option you have for 3G on a powerful Nseries device in North America, otherwise it's a painfully slow EDGE network for you. Either device has WiFi- if you can get by with that.
If you live outside North America and don't really care about the xenon flash then it's down to design, and I much prefer the N95 on that end.

Like Pseudo said, depends a little on your priorities and whether 3G is important to you. Over here in NZ they all work with our 3G. I really like the Xenon flash, so its probably N82 for me, but its a tough call - I really love the larger screen, black colour, and form-factor of the N95 8GB. If photography is not a priority then I would say that the 8GB is without doubt the best (or the US 3G N95 if you're in the US, at least until the NAM 8GB comes out).

Like I say earlier I'm for N95 but N82 are real good and cheeper , if you been using Nokia 3230 then all in N-serie is better ..) If you look at price you get very much value from N82 .

Technology-wise, i would go for the Nokia N95, as it is very popular and its a phone you can imagine having everything, which it does.
However, even though the N82 has a stronger flash, larger RAM and better battery life (not forgetting smaller screen), for some reason it doesn't do it for me, it's just one of those devices where it seems unfinished and feels like there are things 'missing' from it.
Basically the N95 for me is closer to 'perfect' than the N82 is. For you the N82might be more attractive, it's just down to people's tastes i guess.

I'm gonna put in a vote for the N95 on looks for me and it seems meatier than the N82 but I haven't held one so I can't be positive on that. As far as people mentioning 3G I'd suggest checking your area for actual 3G coverage. At first I was thinking I'm missing out on 3G with the N95-1 in the US but there really isn't much 3G coverage at all where I am so I got over that quickly
