8mp Nokia to be outted at MWC?
Just saw at Engadgetmobile, via the Nokia blog, a picture taken by a Nokia phone - EXIF data has the megapixel count at 8mp but the model name is withheld... Juicy leak...

Yes It probably are true and I belive engadget find this from

Unfortunately the EXIF data doesn't tell us much as it's obviously been doctored... According to the details the pic was/will be taken in four days time! ;)

When I get the Exif data from the N95 5MP it always max size aprox
Image Width: 2592 pixels Image Height: 1944 pixels and this have ExifImageWidth - 2448 ExifImageHeight - 3264 the date ? DateTime - 2009:02:13 14:47:55 lol and 4 days ahead ? DateTimeOriginal - 2009:02:17 09:00:00 DateTimeDigitized - 2009:02:17 09:00:00

the resolution of 2448x3264 is actually a 7.99 mega pixel resolution in a 4:3 aspect ratio for photos. the resolution of your N95 is a true 5 mp. 2592 x 1944 is 5.00 mega pixel exactly in a aspect ratio of 14:11 just if your curious. I find this interesting...don't count your chickens before they hatch but lets see MWC is coming. I hope if they truly do use a 8mp carl zeiss lens that the sensor isn't smaller to compensate with the size of the phone. Last edited by Adam Shoes; 02-13-2009 at 11:56 PM.

An 8MP camera I could take or leave... I'm more interested in the device it is attached to. If it really is the N82's successor... :)
