Yes, I've tried google:) but in portuguese "com voce" means "with you"... you can imagine there're quite a lot of portuguese songs where "with you" is part of the title or the lyrics ;)

It is a Nokia Original Tone. I don't know the artist's name, but these are the lyrics:
