In Canada, prior to this fall, the Greater Toronto Area was the only place in Canada with 3G service. 3G coverage was expanded to "Canada's 25 largest markets" this fall. And the states is similar, only big cities have 3G, so really, most people have yet to taste 3G, so I doubt it would be a deal breaker for many.
I'm still hopefull for a 3G N82, maybe I'll get a E90 first (which will never have 3g anyways) as I want one of those also.
