Packaging is nothing like a real one.
Inside rear cover is also nothing like inside a real one. Outside details are hard to tell from that vid. OS is also nothing like a real one. 2 stylus! :-D

Agreed but I am sure there will be some who get duped - in much the same way as people were taken in by the N95 clones which are also in most cases very different from the real McCoy!

I love how the software was half an imitation of the iPhone and the rest of the Nokia 5800.

Im very suprised there wasnt any sooner. They have twigged its good business, and having them out before release of the actual product is very beneficial for them.
