Ok, so have only played with it for 10 mins...

But so far so good. Its amazingly responsive, very fast using it. The touch stuff will need getting used to, especially the double tap bits, but I can understand why they have done it.

The game 'bounce' is a real mistake. Either the phone doesnt have the power to play it, or its very badly coded. Lags awful on some bits.

Impressed so far - shame google maps doesnt work properly (everytime I try to search, it just exits), but as this phone matures, its going to get some very good apps.

Oh, and what on earth are people on about? Its not bulky at all, and Im very fussy about phone size.

I really hope Nokia have plans for something the same size, but with better features (5mp cam, FM transmitter).

I was shocked how small it was as pictures had led me to believe it was way deeper

As PunKer pointed out it looks like the iPlayer widget just takes you to the BBC iPlayer website, I really haven't had the time to try it out properly, only established that I don't seem to have the option to save and download for later viewing.

The only major problem I encountered so far was the rubbish 8GB microSDHC memory card that came with the phone. I spent half a day trying to get my music on it - I tried both the Nokia Music Manager from the standard PC Suite and Nokia Music from the OVI Suite and they both just kept freezing, losing connection with the phone, the works.

I know, it's better to use the simple data transfer method to drag and drop files, etc. but that's not the point. Firstly, I had my music created and stored on my PC with Nokia Music Manager without having any problems using it with my N95-1s and N82 and I wanted to keep all the information, playlists, etc. as they already were. Secondly, this software is supposed to work specifically with Nokia phones and I wanted to test it.

In the end I gave up, copied all the special content from the Nokia MC to a Sandisk 8GB and proceeded to add all my music to it without a hitch.

GPS works great, locks are as fast as with my N82, so no complaints there.

Very fast and easy browsing on WiFi with the native browser, haven't tried it on 3G (3.5G in my case) yet. Still getting to grips with it, will post more as I use it more, just didn't have that much time yet.

No earpiece problem so far.

I've just had delivery of a red version from Nokia for training tomorrow .
I'm now trying to decide whether I prefer the red or the blue that I used last week

The blue I have is ok, but it's obvious black will look much better.

Bart... GoogleMaps v. 2.3.0.9 seems to work fine for me, including the 'search' option... :)
