Yes, but you won't get North American 3G, as Rogers uses the same frequencies as AT&T US (1900/850). So, you'll get GSM/Edge just fine, but you may want to wait for the NAM ones next week to get the faster 3G speeds.

Well. I don't know about a Canadian specific model. I mean NAM is pretty far reaching... though there may be a specific Canadian product code (probably will be a French/English version at the very least) available soon... Online retailers such as Amazon and etc who have Canadian arms should also have it in stock next week or the week after. I'm actually waiting for one myself... I'm trying to be patient.
