Reinstalling apps from card after reformat

This thing is giving me so much trouble!

I just reformatted the thing after the torrent of problems I was getting then put my memory card in and it said there where untrusted applications on the card and that I need to go to the application manager to install them so I went to Settings>Application mgr.>Installation files but it says there is nothing to install.

Can anyone tell me how I can reinstall the apps from the card?

Is your phone hacked?
If so run the process again. If not is the app signed?
I had the same problem, just reset EVERYTHING and run the helloOX again

In many cases a memory card that has had applications installed to it will try and communicate with links that it's set up in the phone memory... When those links are no longer there, it can cause problems.

Ideally: Copy all your application installation files from the card to the pc, along with any other files that you want to keep and format the card. Then hard-reset (*#7370#) the phone and restore ONLY your contacts and calendar. Re-insert the card and re-install the applications from scratch.

The phone is not hacked, the applications where some java apps and PhotoFlow.

I JUST reset the phone and I would hate to do it all over again.
