Nice to use?

I am considering to change to Nokia 5800 from Sony Ericson.

The main reasons i would like to change is because of to get the phone with better features

1) better camera, that mean very fast i can shoot and capture the photo

2) can watch movie that i have downloaded with the easy way to convert to the phone

3) using wifi to online

4) easy to type sms with the keypad which is not laptop keypad format.

To fulfill my reasons above, to get Nokia5800 is it better?

welcome to nokiausers.

1) better camera, that mean very fast i can shoot and capture the photo
need to know ur current SE phone in order to do comparison

2) can watch movie that i have downloaded with the easy way to convert to the phone
yes.. depends on what format it is in.

3) using wifi to online
yup.. im using it without any hassles

4) easy to type sms with the keypad which is not laptop keypad format.
assuming you are refering to alphanumerical keypad found in most phones, including all SE phones, then YES.

To fulfill my reasons above, to get Nokia5800 is it better?

besides camera which i cannot comment yet, YES, the 5800 fulfills your requirements..

45 mins

havent ever had that , agps takes 10 seconds , gps takes 5 mins outside from cold start max ,

the 5800 is a well built phone and a very good price

the camera is ok but only 3.2 it works well outside but indoors isnt great

it is quite user friendly , some things can be long winded , but generally its ok ,

what sony do you have at the min

Currently looks like on the ovi store there are some really cool well made apps coming out for the 5800 and n97. Honestly the camera quality is very good IMO. Agreed though indoor pics suck.

nope. gps is free.. however, do note, that when you use agps, it sends and receive a small amount of data transfer. thus, data charges may apply. (cant remember, but if not mistaken, its 7kb.. 3kb out and 4kb in)

Though A-GPS can be switched off which means it would be completely free :)
