N85 newb

Well seems the memory card was most of the fault, still getting some restarts here and there. About 2 in 4 hours so not bad, might just be from me adding stuff onto the phone.

update: Went out, tested the GPS, came home found it had restarted itself. Checked my mail left it on the table for about 2hours while I fixed my girlfriend's computer, grabbed the phone hoping to get some music goin, phone wouldn't turn on. Held the power button, it'd vibrate like normally on boot but nothing but a blank screen and none of the buttons lit up. Took the battery out, waited a few seconds, replaced it and still nothing. After about 7 or 8 more tries it boots up, everything's fine till I send a text, it restarts. Sent another text and it was fine.

I'm wondering if I should just get it replaced because it's getting to the point I cant rely on it to function without my eyes on it, making sure it's running.

Definatly get it replaced, theres a fault somewhere.

Unbelievable, they don't do exchanges. All they can do is ship it into Nokia for me which takes up to 4 weeks. Hopefully Nokia will do something about it. Worst thing is I have the original memory card in there but I can't replicate the random restarts on it. Anyways I'm off to the store, wish me luck!

The store tech flashed my phone and in 20minutes EVERYTHING was fixed, Nokia's memory card wasn't causing any issues, the phone wasn't going through random restarts, it's actually been working flawlessly for a good 2 days straight. So I guess if anyone's having restart issues, try that.
