using images as themes.. Any ideas?
hi, i've got some cool images like paul smith stripes, banksy art, arsenal badge etc that i want to use as the background theme..the nokia series 1 2 3 are just stagnant pictures so i dont see why i shouldn't b able to use my own..i've tried finding where the themes are located itn the memory so i can move my images to that file (cant find the pre installed themes) and ive tried going through the download themes route and then jumping to the web pages of the pictures i want to download, but it wont let me, just saves to gallery as usual,..so has any1 got any clever ideas to make this possible? Thanks

Your best bet is to design your own theme all together, you won't be able to edit any other themes. As they are Copyright ed to the creator.
There were a few themes programs for the N95, whether they work on a FP2 Device, I don't know. Maybe you can try it for us ?

yeah ill give it a go when i get in, but i didn't really want to make my own themes as i'd prob just make pants ones... I was just wondering if u could use a normal image as a theme, so when u go to the menu's its always there in the background... Where are the themes located in the phones memory in the file manager? I think they're hidden, otherwise surely u could just move an image to that folder then select it as your theme...or maybe not

The app above is quite simple to use and it installs on the phone and is compatible with FP2 devices.
Theres no way of editing the pre-installed themes mate, and you wont find them in the File manager, you can find them with 3rd party file managers but you can't edit them. They're situated in...... z\resource\skins
