Problem with connecting to my home WLAN.

I have just made a hard reset on my N85, and I have the same problem as before- I can not connect my N85 to my home WLAN, however I have succesfully been connecting to both protected and unprotected networks in hotels, street etc.

Whenever I try to connect N85 to my home wlan, N85 will find my home network, but when I try to connect to it, it gives me "General:feature not supported" and then "WLAN wizard" freezes and I have to kill it.

My brother has N79 and he has the same problem. We both can connect to WLAN if I make an unprotected WLAN, but on my regular protected WLAN we both can not connect.

My home WLAN is ad-hoc network, it works with network card Canyon WF-511 which is very good, I have WPA with TKIP encryption.

What data I need to enter in "Destinations" or how can I connect to my home network?

Welcome to the forums Phill. That's an odd problem your experiencing. Have you changed any Admin settings of your Router at all?

I do not own a separate router, I use my PC's WLAN card as "router". I have ICS (Internet connection sharing) on my broadband connection on my Home PC. I have no problems connecting my laptop to it. When one wants to connect to my home ad-hoc network, all I need is to give him a network key. However, I can not do the same when connecting my N85 or brother's N79.

Here is a screenshot of all my possible settings on PC that acts as router:
settings of WLAN card adapter:

auto reconnect mode- enable
CAM when AC Power - disable
Fragment treshold - 2346
Locak Administration MAC Network Address - 4856201WACAL
Network type - 802.11 Ad Hoc
Power Saving mode- CAM (constantly awake)
Radio ON/Off - Enable
RTS treshold - 2347
SSID - FTCORP NET

settings of my home network I created:

On "Advance" I have set it to Computer-to-computer (ad hoc) networks only

This is all I can set on my PC.
On my N85 AFAIK I can set in Settings-Connection-Destinations-Add new acc point-Wireless LAN
and in Settings-Connection-WLAN-Advanced I have:
Automatic configuration: disabled
Long retry limit: 4
Short retry limit: 7
RTS Treshold- 2347
TX Power level - 100mW
Radio mesurements - Enabled
Power saving - disabled

While I have to wait for administrator to approve my post, I will just add I am also running the latest firmware versions on both N85 and N79.
