If you've forgotten your security code and input it wrong then the phone will lock itself for 5mins. I dont think it records the number of code attempts in the firt place. And as far as I know the only way to erase the security code memory(i.e setting it back to "12345") is to flash the N8.
Pressing Thanks doesnt really hurt... Does it? Click it and find out!
