Unable to flash phone 0x8401F169 !! plz help :(

i was flashing my N8 using phoenix and i got this error!!
the phone is not dead but flashing failed notification came!! what should i do???

It flashed OK from what I can see. Press the power button and hold it. It will give the short vibrates in quick succession after about ten seconds. It should boot up after that.

If the phone still a won't respond you may have to dead flash it with Scandinavian firmware 11.5 and upgrade again with the firmware you want after that. PM me if you need help.

I got the same. Unplug the phone and power up...It should boot up OK with new fw. I think if you plug in another phone it will flash again.
