How to assign personalized ringtones to contact

Hello All,
I`m not able to assign personlized ring tones to my contacts, I was able to do this in my K750i very easily. Is this option available in N82 or not. I f its is , how to do this?
Can anyone help me in this?

Thanks for the reply, But I couldn`t find any ringing tone option in my N82. Can you make it more clear.

Thats as clear as i can put it mate

open contacts

scroll down to who you want to assign tone to and select them

select options

scroll down to ringing tone

select tone.

That option is not there in my phone, Even "New Group" option is not available in my device.
What could be the problem? I stay in India, Can it be a firmware issue?
Thanks for testing your patience, I know this is a silly issue, but this feature is missing in mine phone and This is the first time I moved from SE to Nokia just becoz of features in N82, Anyway I`m loving this phone even with some minor issues like these present in the phone

If you cannot even create groups in Contacts you must have a handset with heavily branded firmware. What network are you on ?

Just to be sure - when you go to Contacts you must actually open the contact and then press Options to get to the Ringing tone. If you just highlight the contact without opening it you will not get that menu.

Can you do this for text message tone? Like, personalizing a message tone with each contact?

If not, are there and programs that allow you to do this??
