question regarding voice recorder

Hi all.
when my dad sent me a voice clip via bluetooth it had the suffix .amr.
which is great. i can still hear it when scrolling to gallery>voice clips (i think its called that voice clips cause my phone is in hebrew so i dont know exactly...)
anyways,
the problem is when i record a sound clip myself, its saved whith a .wav suffix,
and later when i go to my music folder, and refresh it, it is added there too!!
why would i want my self recorded stupid 2 second sound clip to appear along whith all my songs? (I dont...)
i can fix the problen by changing the suffix to .amr.
then the file does not appear in "my songs" but does still appear in my recorded voice clips.
not really a solution hand changing all my files isnt it?
