Nokia Warranty

I have an intermittent problem with my (bought sh) N82 (which renders it unusable until repair) and have had it repaired twice u/w through CPW - I asked for a replacement the second time, but no joy.

Is the post below (quoted from the firmware thread) telling me that I can call Nokia and try to persuade them to replace it? can anyone help - phone no. etc? Previously all I'd found was a freepost address & form.
