Nokia N86 8MP went On Sale Today
Not heard anything for eight weeks since the new N86 8MP details showed up on FCC, and now its available to buy.
Nokia's N86 8MP now shipping worldwide No Official word on price yet, though some pre-orders are accepting £399 inc delivery.

Haha.. just read it over at SF before i clicked on this page. :D
It's a lot earlier than most of us expected.. wonder how the N97 would fair against this for photography enthusiasts, myself included.

Now its confirmed by Nokia
Nokia’s best mobile imaging device, the Nokia N86 8MP, which earlier this year won the prestigious TIPA Award for the Best Mobile Imaging Device in 2009, is now shipping globally. The device features variable aperture, which results in vibrant photos even in challenging bright and low-light conditions. The fast mechanical shutter and Automatic Motion Blur Reduction ensure shorter latencies and less motion blur. ****, that's like $724 dollars Canadian!
I guess I could trade an N95 8GB + an ipod touch or my N810 for one! I think that would be pretty fair.

iam saving for one :-)
might sell the 5800 with 8gb card for 180 and the 6220c with 8gb card for about 120 thatd give me 300 pounds leaving me just the other 100 pounds to find which shouldnt be too hard to find at the end of the month :-) id have to get it in black :-) iam quite excited about this thanks mickey
