phone stuck

hi! my n86 has stuck and nth works in it. when i turn it on, in offline mode, it shows a dialog for a new sms, but no button works, nothing works. what can i do?

Take the battery out for 15-20 minutes and try again.

If it still does not work, turn the handset off, keep pressed the following three keys on your mobile keypad and restart your phone whilst still pressing these keys. * + 3 + Call button (green button). This will hard reset your phone, i.e. you will lose all data from the phone memory. The 8GB mass memory and memory card (if you have one will not be affected.

will the programs i have installed be removed? i.e knfb reader?

They will if you hard reset.

My N86 goes unresponsive sometimes, i just take the battery out and then pop it back in again, then power up....all good after, til the next time.

What firmware is yours on OP?

Mine used to stick alot on V11 but my new one on V20 touchwood is very responsive!

i've now had time to sort my mobile out and sign/install all my apps and I have to say, Not unresponsive but very very slow. Like switching between light apps, photos, music player, and last but not least landscape mode.

I think Orange really have forgotten about the N86!!!!! >:/

actually i think the problem is an eloquence for talks that i installed that caused the problem, and after i turn on the phone, no button works, i cant even turn it off
