    I think we all need to get past calling these devices mobile phones...
    I would not call them a MID either...they are not soley an internet device...

    I would just call them a 'Mobile'...thats it.

    They do:
    - Telephone
    - Music player
    - Video/movie player
    - Video recorder
    - Photo camera
    - Pitcure viewer
    - GPS
    - Navigation/maps
    - Gaming
    - Document authoring/reading/editing
    - Internet
    - Calander/sceduale
    - TV, live or streamed delayed

    They are past being just a 'mobile phone'....mobile personal computer?...'MPC'...sure...
