N96 no reception....ish

I have an N96, I recently updated it to v20.050 debranded.
Pretty much since then I can turn on my phone and it not find any signal at all.
I may have to switch the phone on and off many time to finally get it to work.
Now the crazy thing is. If I swap the sim card with my work phone, Both phone then work fine.
It only seems to be my personal sim card in my N96....
And to make it worse, the phone just decides to reboot every now and then. Which never used to bother me. Until this happened.

Any ideas?

just a thought but try going into network settings, and changing network mode to gsm only.

Oh I cant believe I didnt think to do that!
When setting it to GSM it worked fine after many restarts.
Then I switched it back to 3g, and it worked fine many times.
Went back to dual mode, and continues to work after many restarts.

So many something was funky, I dunno.
I will wait to see how it goes after one of its own hissy fit restarts
