Nokia quickest firmware release?

Hey people

Correct me of im wrong but i think v30 on n96 is the quickest firmware release!

its dated 18/06/09

and came out 01/07/09

so less then 2 weeks!

iam hoping its a bit better then v20 and not just an upgrade to stop the hacks :-)

if your worried about hacks i wouldnt update just yet

However first impressions... its made the phone very quick to use compared to v11 and compared to v20 its quicker

The Gps lockon its as quick as my N82 but i dunno if its down to my street!

Wifi alot better..and doesnt seem to be freezing!...

The theme has sounds i think... its makes a very cool sound effect when you slide up and down!

if it wasnt for hacks i'd say update because i cant notice much difference.. maybe the change log will dissagree

one thing that did kinda worry me was after i updated via FOTA it said system error..

I don't know if it's just me but I successfully hacked my v30 n96-1. I used HelloOX 1.02 and did not install the Rompatcher that came with it. I then installed Rompatcher for n96 with the new icons and used Installserver fp2 v1.1 and the new Open4All patch. I've been able to access and edit my files in the private, resource and sys folders of drive c:, and have been able to install just about anything without certificate problems.

I just don't know if it helped that my phone was already hacked at v20 before I updated.
