Nokia N97 Shipping Today June 2nd.
Nokia N97 mobile computer to begin selling worldwide in June
June 02, 2009 According to this site, the N97 is shipping today. To whom it is shipping, I assume it is to distributors.This of course is in Finland according to the official press release here. Nokia - ShowPressRelease Also there is a video associated with the release, and it shows the construction of the N97's. Here is the link. I wonder if we have a wait infront of us since our phone most likely aren't made in Finland.

Whoaaa..it didn't say shipping June 2nd. The release is dated June 2nd and the release says "will begin selling in June". To me, June 30 is still June..and June 30 is still 2nd qtr, which I believe was Nokia's commitment early on..

Don't know about the others, Nokia flagship store in Regent Street London will be selling them from June 19th, so I would consider June 18th as accurate enough. Unless they've pulled a day forward since I was there weekend before last.

As 93 correctly states. Nokia N97 will go on sale in the UK on June 19 for £499 sim-free at the Nokia Flagship store.
