N97 trial from WomWorld
so i got the phone today just 30 minutes ago and its menu button wouldn't work. i tried doing a hard reset but no luck. i'm reinstalling its firmware now hopefully it'll work so i don't have to wait for another one. :( when i press on the menu button it makes a sound but the menu just wouldn't come up.

Press the Thanks button...it's not going to hurt you....although I suppose you could pull a muscle in your finger while doing it so be careful!!!

yeah, it's been used by someone else already. well, i did another firmware update and it works now. :)
