N97 - Changing Product Code

I used this method here : New firmware...

I get as far as pressing read and nothing happens no information appears to in the boxes of production data edit to change the product code. The only thing that changes is this flashes up in Status and results :Detected P-KEY: 90009699
P-key nokia module version 01.02

Any ideas anyone.

This is what shows in status results box when JAF v1.98 runs :

JAF version 1.98.62
Detected PKEY: 9000AAC9
Card life counter: 99.99%
P-key nokia module version 01.02
FBUS INTERFACE NOT CONNECTED!!!
USB Cable Driver version: 7.1.17.0

I trust "FBUS INTERFACE NOT CONNECTED!!!" is not an issue ?

Try This..

At the point you are at, disconnec the phone from the USB cable and reconnect. Then try to read again.

Worked for me - had the same issue.
