V11 firmware
When we do eventually get the v11 firmware update here in the UK, do you think it will be the same one as the Euro/USA release or will Nokia have used the time since the non UK release to add more bug fixes.

v11 doesn't help much - there are still alot of UI bugs, constant pausing for no apparent reason, slider bugs, missing graphics, overlapping text in SMS, light sensor not working...
It does fix that major no-backlight-when-screen-unlocked bug most of the time, but it still happens sometimes. v20 is probably the one to look forward to lol..

cv stands for country variant which takes longer
the other ones are general apac firmwares (asia paciffic) this is the same thing as euro and uk if you have a cv handset you will have to wait longer then the asia paciffic models :-) its the same in europe mate , euro models get it first , then country variants , then network variants even though the uk is in euro it wont get it till the country variant is released same with hong kong even though its in asai paciffic area unless you have the apac handset youll have to wait till they release the country variant Last edited by buxz777; 07-10-2009 at 07:33 AM.
