Automatic connection to BT car kit..

Hi,

My car is fitted with a Kenwood system with integrated BT carkit.
With my old phone, I only had to make the connection once and each time I got into the car, the carkit would automatically connect to my phone.
I linked my N97 with my carkit which worked fine, but this morning the connection was not re-established automatically. A colleague of mine had the same experience.
Is there a way to make the phone connect by itself?

Thx!

Have you set the carkit to 'authorised'?

Into the bluetooth menu - paired devices - select [whatever the carkit is called] - options - set as authorised.

That's from my 5800, so it's possible it might be slightly different o the N97, but it shouldn't be.

Yes!
That was the solution. Now my carkit recognizes my phone, phonebook as well as audio tracks!
Thx!
