It's not a problem, the widget is designed that way

designed to show the wrong Real Feel ? real feel should be 14 , it shows 14 on the accuweather app (on left hand side under accuweather logo )

It's designed to show the highest real feel of the day
The top value (homescreen widget) shows the actual weather but the bottom values show the highest value and the highest real feel of the day.

well their design is wrong then,
u can read the description of real feel in their website :

"The Exclusive AccuWeather RealFeel Temperature is an index that describes what the temperature really feels like. It is a unique composite of the effects of temperature, wind, humidity, sunshine intensity, cloudiness, precipitation and elevation on the human body--everything that affects how warm or cold a person feels."

Everytime I have it running, it crashes my facebook. I cant use it at all, obviously flawed design.

take a look at this pic, taken from their website:

real feel should be 15 for the curreent condition.

but anyways, does any one know how to get the source code in your pc for accuweather rather than just downloading it directly into your phone and installing it ?

That's the real feel for the current time and not the highest real feel for the day, I said it once and I'll say it again the bottom line is designed to show the highest real feel and not the one at the current moment.
