Point them in the direction of the petition too... now with over 390 signatures.

It's not many really, but it's only been live for a week..

But 390 signatures, means 390 people, each with a £600 device - so £234,000 worth of unhappy retail N97!

Hi Micky, please could you ask for an extra profile option to turn off the email vibration alert separate to the SMS vibration alert. The alert tones are separate for email and SMS, vibration should be too

Hi micky, no sure if i m using it correctly or not... sms alert volume cannot be altered under different profile. i have this problem, when using headset to listen to music, once the sms alert sounds, its so loud that it breaks my ear drums anytime. in coming call is fine since i have ascending selected. just wondering if sms alert volume can be adjusted separately...

things I like to see in the new firmware are:
1. onscreen qwerty keyboard
2. singel click everywhere, (double click is stupid for touch screen)
3. on the home screen I can't always click the notifiction icons(new sms, etc) on the right top,
4. quicker change from landscape tlo normal view when rotating phone.
5. rotate phone in every directions, also rotate the screen when the phone is upside down.
6. quicker light when unlocking phone.
7. RSS feed orderby
8. sometimes the phone response slow it should be quicker.
9. removing some default apps like joikuspot, boingo and qik
10. when searching contacts in normal mode i want to see all letters of the alfabeth.
11. And many more
