Hopefully with the V2 release, a recall for the defective camera sliders will be administered.

I don't think Nokia do recalls, unless the phone or part of it is dangerous.

Best hope is a revised design of lens cover. Until then, small pieces of sticky tape on the side of the cover that comes into contact with the lens is the best option (the "Biggzy" fix).

The quality is ok but you can still only talk to one person at a time(which is a big limitation).
What we need is the full Skype multi-conference experience like on a desktop.

I'm hoping that it means support for SIP and native internet calling...I can't imagine its not possible that someone "in the know" doesn't (know that is)..

I dislike the long keypress addition. :(

But like the idea of copy and paste shortcuts :)

@aden
youre a first! lol
it doesnt bother me....im pretty good with the n97 keyboard....
however when inputting a number in "to" in messaging....i kinda expect the
phone to "know" its a number field and not letters....id rather this changed...
either way long keypress or not.....im ok....

what id like to know is how much RAM has the new fw brings
and one peeve of mine is that in photos (since the n85 i think)
nokia opens pictures with the "black bars" rather than the entire screen....
really peeves me off!!!! wish they changed that to good ol' full screen again!
