On the standby screen, press Options, then Edit Content. Add Shortcut2 from the list

I had high hopes for v20. Sure its an improvement, but it introduced new problems.

Symbian 60 has been updated a billion times, and you can imagine how much spaghetti code is in the code base.

For those who don't know, spaghetti code is a result of constantly updating/hacking existing code to add new features. It means that the code has become disorganized and messy, with inconsistencies causing headaches during updates.

In other words, S60 needs to be dumped and rewritten from scratch (like Windows Vista lol).

The new linux based maemo OS is fresh and happening, now if only nok would port the OS to the N97 and provide it to customers as an optional update.

But this wont happen since the N97 is now old news, they are working on new models now and dont really care about the N97, which is a shame because the hardware is probably Nokia's best effort ever if you think about it.

If indeed you are correct in your assertion that the N97 hardware is Nokias' best effort ever, then they may as well give up on making mobiles right now and go back to where they started, manufacturing rubber goods!

Least those on v20 are seeing some improvement, some of us are STILL on v11 and waiting for 3UK to get a grip and get it sorted!
