Thanx ZIPPY, you explained it perfectly!! I have the exact same problem if it makes you feel any better. I dont think the solution will come from someone that doesnt have the problem. Please fill us in if you get anywhere. I tried installing and uninstalling a bunch of times, nothing worked! I'm so frustrated especially since other people have it working.

I have finally found the solution to my problem and many others out there!! I did a backup and hard reset of the phone and then restored everything besides for the settings. There must be some conflict with my settings and with the VOIP/SIP settings especially since my settings have been forwarded from atleast four previous Nokia phones i've had. But before you do all this you can save yourself from having to put in all your sip and voip settings again by exporting your sip profile to the memory stick and then after Hard reset just in stall the advanced internet voip settings found in the guide and just import your old profile and you'll have it up in running within a min. The only thing thats a pain is changing all your settings (profiles, auto clock update, preferences etc.) on the phone back to your likings but I guess you have to do that once every few years! Good Luck and I hope this helps everyone!!
