"Front page News" Hidden ?

Hi I noticed that before I sign in, the front page news section is "invisible", here : nokiausers frontpage.jpg

Then after signing in, its there as it should be, here : front page news 2.jpg

Is there a reason for this ? The same thing happens when surfing from my N8(thats how I noticed it in the first place). I dont always sign in as am browsing the site and noticed that it was gone..

The attachment tool seems to reduce the size and quality of my pictures, is there anyway of uploading to the site keeping its original attributes without having to go through a third party site ?

We made this chane to avoid 'duplicate content' on the homepage. Basically the thread was being indexed by Google and outranking the homepage article. We made this change to avoid Google from seeing the forum threads, as these were better suited to be index for the homepage.

Thanks, and could you tell me how to to upload photos without them being reduced in size and quality ? And without having to upload them to photobucket for eg..

If you click on 'Go Advanced' below the post reply box, you can add full attachments there. Let me know if this works for you.

I did that using the manage attachments option but that results in the reduction in size and quality. That ended up in making the screenshots unereadable..

Thanks, seems you've increased the size of allowed uploading.. However say you were to upload a screenshot filled with text as I have done above, after viewing the picture in the seperate window, the actual text is not very clear - hard to read..

So did that work better? I don't know the original resolution to know if it is still scaling it down or not :P

It still is scaling it down.. Cant you like give it a bigger window then when most people upload pics there will be less of a chance for their picture to be down scaled..
