Have a quick search there is loads about battery life........

You should be getting 24/48 hours ISH out of it.......check your firmware as well V20 or V21 will give this sort of battery life.....

type *#0000# this will tell you your firmware

I'm using a portable battery charger. Works great. I usually run out of juice at the end of the day, before i get home. Mine might be faulty as well.

Time for an upgrade, which will improve your battery performance no end.

Check out the tips tab at the top of the page regarding upgrading your firmware. Make sure you do a back up as stated in the guide, and you will be fine.

To find your Nokia Firmware version, key *#0000#. The V##.#.### shown is your current Firmware! Please add these details with Nokia model to your profile. This information will help others help you. Thank you.!

By portable charger do you mean one of those that have batteries in or a car charger, or do you connect to the mains power supply...

I allways seem to get a better charge when charging from mains power....

Proporta is my saviour. Excellent product, even if it does look like an iPod!

But that said, you should expect more than 30 minutes from the battery mate. Even with everything switched on running v11! There's something not right there fella.

I use mine extensively for Streaming, Video, Web (wifi), IM, Sat Nav and the odd phonecall. I get about 10 hours safe between charges, but I would class myself as a heavy user.

If I just leave it on standby as a "phone" I get between 24 and 48 hours.
Motorolla S9, Sony MEX-5000, Proporta, Hollux GPSlim, Brodit Mount, Scoshe bluelife, Gear4 BlackBox, Plug-IT charm

    It's Broke?

Did you know that your Nokia comes with a 2 year warranty? Did you know that Carphone Warehouse are Nokia Repair Centres?
Damage from normal use: wobbly slider, broken keys, quiet earpiece etc... will be repaired for free, and usually the same day if you take it to a big store!

I have the same problem with my Nokia N95-4 8GB.

    I dialed *#0000# and I got

    V11.2.011
    01-04-08
    RM-421
    Nokia N95 (B1.03)...

I tried upgrading and it keeps telling me that my device is up to date....

If it's up to date then it's up to date, debrand if you want the latest firmware.
