Memory Card Password

My phones going from worse to worse now. After getting my contacts back and a few things my phone decided to lock my memory card even though I have never entered a password for it (wouldn't know how) How can I remove this password? Is there a default password I can use?

Theres a lot of identical accounts on the forum, but unfortunatly none with any solution.

You could search and go through them, I only went through about 4.

Nothing in the Manual (last resort) about it, exept that the default lock code for the phone itself is 12345
Select: Menu>Tools>Utilities>Memory>Options>Unlock Memory Card>12345
You could try that otherwise a reformat of the card seems to be the only option. Hopefully you got a backup.
