Looks much better in the preview,i wouldn't advise downloading this.

its a copy of the original nseries theme by nokia I suppose.
there is at least a bug in it, go to tools -> settings -> general. The active tab its black.... should be white.

Yeah i know it's a copy but it's not a very good one....The clock looks terrible too.
