    Ziffos, that is an app called Handy Taskman. Many of us have it, for me it is invaluable.

    On the right it shows, as you guessed, memory details, the list on the left is what is running, you can also easily close apps here. Pushing right on your d-pad will ring up a configurable list of apps for quick start.
