Despite my user name being N95, I now own a 5800XM on Tmobile.

I have just downloaded the Live Messenger software form the link on the first page, it has installed ok (I think!) yet when I go to sign in, it says 'can not allow login.'

I access the net on the phone through Wi-fi, which works 100% fine on every other app' i have on the phone, but not this. I am on v20 firmware.

Any ideas or help much appreciated. Cheers.

i access live messenger's network via fring.. you can give it a try..

Dosent the built in IM client work with WLM?

IM+ is good anyway, I have the Lite version on my iPhone 3G.

Its because Microsoft plugged the hole. The program was only designed for China users and hence if you aren't in China the program doesn't work. I get the same thing.
I've read before that changing your Hotmail settings to China might work but can't confirm because I really don't want to lol.
