so is there any difference using this compared to using 3G on the mobile via bluetooth?

Why bother with emulator if you can have REAL Windows 7 under touchscreen of your Nokia 5800 phone?
BTW, if one Windows 7 is not enough, you may run FIVE other Operating Systems as well: XP, Vista, W2000, W2003 and W2008. :)
