well, i'd suggest that you check which threads are already being used for this sort of topic and stop double posting.

As the post by Matchstick in this thread was an announcement and his post in the other thread was an invitaion to discuss merits, in this instance I'd say that he was justified in posting two threads regarding the same subject, although I agree that normally cross-posting causes confusion and therefore isn't allowed.

Solitare!

Spotted on AAS.

Download from here: S60 5th Edition: Solitaire Game Example v1.1

You only need to install the file: Solitaire_S60_5_0_v_1_1_0_selfs.sis

Edit: Works ok, but could use a lot more of the screen.

I've been trawling through some older N95 related apps to see what works. Have come across this
Wardriving with the Nokia N95 using Barbelo - Simple Help

And it works great.

Re: Solitaire Game

I don't really have a problem with the look or feel of the game - once I'd figured out how to perform certain moves - but I do have one criticism.

I'm not sure if it's just the way I was taught to play or not but I've always played it so that when turning over cards from the deck you reveal every third card. In this game you reveal every card one after the other. This makes the game extremely easy to 'get out'. Normally, I'd expect to 'get out' about one game in ten but with this I 'get out' every other game.

Maybe this is just a cultural thing.

Just variations on the same game, in some releases you could select this in the settings.
