SymSync 1.00 ... By TELEXY... Is a very neat file-synchronisation program that enables you to connect your phone to your pc (& vice-versa of course), via Wi-Fi or even via GPRS (if your provider allows this type of data-transmission).
By setting up a number of 'Rules', you can set the phone & pc to automatically sync and transfer files at pre-set intervals from whichever folder you choose, to wherever you need them transferred to. You can select to operate it only when the phone is on charge, every 30 mins, every 2,6,12 or 24 hours or by selecting 'disable', you can sync manually whenever you need to. The setting-up of SymSync couldn't be easier... Select a name for the 'Rule', select the source & target folders via a 'browse' option... No address-parameter errors! Choose your access point, e.g. your Wi-Fi connection and set your preferences... And that's it... There's even a 'Verify' option that lets you test the connection before using it. Forget plugging-in a USB cable or using the rather slow Bluetooth method every time you need to transfer files to or from your phone, just tap a couple of buttons and Hey-Presto! N.B. The program is designed to synchronise files only, not calendar and address-book data, etc. At around 10 Euros... and even cheaper if you buy from here and use the discount code: N95Users it's a must-have in my humble opinion. Give it a (14 day) Trial and see if you can manage without it! No, I'm not on commission but I've experienced the capabilities of the Telexy team and been very impressed by their knowledge and programming skills. EDIT: Although this program was announced some time ago in the Third-Party Software section, only today, after my testing it and reporting to Telexy, has it been confirmed as Nokia 5800-compatible, which is why I saw fit to announce it again, in this section.

I've found it works fine, just takes a bit of getting used to with the default small size. Good tip though!
