N97 Style Homescreen On 5800
Found this on another forum, just what i been looking for allows more icons on the home screen.
Install ALL .sis files around 7 of them. 1. Run Gdesk Gdesk v0.33g 2. Go to Design 3. Load Design 4. Load gdd File 5.Enjoy!! Already signed tested works 100% on 5800 v30 http://www.megaupload.com/?d=89GB1SNI NEW UPLOAD

I have tried a few of these gdesk themes, not bad. Unfortunately it also still has some bugs, some notice them some do not. I do.

Can you post a screenshot?
And you should probably edit the title, since it's not the real N97 homescreen

I tried an iphone gdesk theme, looked nice but, a) i couldn't figure out how to get it to auto boot and b)would i want it to auto boot over handy shell? COs that is quite good.
It is really custimisable gdesk though. Do they have any sliding transitions on it for the 5800 yet?

Thanks, i think you misunderstood though.
Dunno if you've seen the gdesk themes on the older sony ericsson touch phones? They have iphone themes that actually slide like an iphone.

So installing that would not just modify the home screen but aslo replaces whatever theme I am using?
