i need help!!! i can't get videos to play

i have a n95 8gb and i cant get videos to play on the phone what app should i installl so i can just drag movies what ever the format on the phone and thell be there under my videos on the n95 also where can i find this app if it does exist help please ...

The best thing to do is to convert the files first there is a post about it allready on this page

Use the standard player for 3GP.
Download DivX 0.90 or Smartmovie for Avi,divx etc.

y hasnt anyone made a app so that no one has to even convert the files they can just put them on the phone and they would be supported?

Videos on your PC are quite CPU/GPU intensive, with a high resolution and high bitrate the N95 just wouldn't be able to cope.. that's why you need to downsize and lower the bitrate. As GSi-R pointed out, there is software that does this.. have a play around and see if any suit you. The Nokia software has video converter built in as well, which I personally don't like the results of but give it a go.
